Thank you for shopping with Joie. We aim to ship orders quickly and reliably. The following shipping policies apply to all orders placed on our website.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after the order is placed.
During high-volume periods such as product launches, sales events, or holidays, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been processed for fulfillment.
Shipping Times
We ship worldwide.
Estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination and shipping method. In most cases, orders arrive within 4–8 business days after dispatch.
Please note that shipping time estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Joie is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, courier delays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, Joie cannot guarantee recovery of the package and no refund or replacement will be issued.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for additional reshipping fees.
International Shipping
All applicable customs duties and import taxes are covered by Joie, so customers will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.
Please note that delivery times for international orders may vary depending on destination country and local customs processing. While we work with trusted carriers to ensure efficient delivery, Joie is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Delivery updates can be viewed directly through the courier using the tracking link provided.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Joie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the courier.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist with initiating a courier investigation.

Returns and Exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective, subject to review.
